Rok temu Polski Trybunał Konstytucyjny orzekł, że aborcja ze względu na nieodwracalne wady płodu jest niezgodna z Polską Konstytucją. W praktyce oznacza to, iż ciążę trzeba donosić bez względu na wszystko. Nieważne, że płód ma wady wrodzone, które sprawiają, że umrze nawet kilka godzin po porodzie w okrutnym cierpieniu… Że jeśli przeżyje, to nigdy nie będzie samodzielny… Mamy rodzić i tyle! Kobiety w polskim prawie są inkubatorami.
Kilka dni temu Polską wstrząsnęła wiadomość, iż zmarła młoda kobieta. Zmarła, bo była w zagrożonej ciąży. Zmarła, bo polskie prawo nie pozwalało wykonać aborcji, aby uratować jej życie. Zmarła, bo płód był na pierwszym miejscu, nie ona… Lekarze bali się wykonać aborcję, w obawie o restrykcyjne prawo… Czekano aż płód umrze, aby ratować kobietę… Niestety, było za późno i młoda kobieta umarła…
Ile kobiet umarło, bo ważniejsze było życie płodu, o tym nie wiemy…
Nie pozwólmy na kolejną śmierć osoby w ciąży!
Dlatego zapraszamy Was na cichy protest w sobotę o godz. 17 przy Thielallee 79 w Berlinie. Dlaczego tam? To rezydencja, gdzie mieszka Julia Przyłębska, prezeska Polskiego Trybunału Kostytucyjnego, który uchwalił to haniebne prawo. Prywatnie jest ona żoną Ambasadora Polski w Niemczech.
Ze względu na prośbę rodziny zmarłej, będzie to “cichy protest” – bez przemów i hałasu. Prosimy o przyniesienie zniczy i wieńców.

Vor einem Jahr entschied das polnische Verfassungsgericht, dass eine Abtreibung aufgrund einer fötalen Anomalie nicht mit der polnischen Verfassung vereinbar ist. In der Praxis bedeutet das, dass eine Schwangerschaft auf jeden Fall zu Ende gebracht werden muss. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, dass der Fötus angeborene Defekte hat, die dazu führen, dass er schon wenige Stunden nach der Geburt unter unerträglichen Qualen sterben wird… Dass sie, wenn sie überlebt, niemals unabhängig sein wird… Wir müssen gebären und das war’s! Frauen im polnischen Recht sind Inkubatoren.
Vor ein paar Tagen schockierte Polen die Nachricht, dass eine junge Frau gestorben ist. Sie starb, weil sie schwanger war. Sie starb, weil das polnische Gesetz eine Abtreibung nicht zuließ, um ihr Leben zu retten. Sie starb, weil der Fötus zuerst kam, nicht sie… Ärzte hatten Angst, eine Abtreibung durchzuführen, aus Angst vor dem restriktiven Gesetz… Sie warteten, bis der Fötus starb, um die Frau zu retten. Leider war es zu spät und die junge Frau starb…
Wie viele Frauen gestorben sind, weil das Leben des Fötus wichtiger war, wissen wir nicht…
Wir dürfen nicht zulassen, dass noch einmal eine schwangere Person stirbt!
Deshalb laden wir Euch zu einem stillen Protest am Samstag um 17 Uhr in der Thielallee 79 in Berlin. Warum dort? Dort wohnt Julia Przyłębska, die Präsidentin des polnischen Verfassungsgerichts, das dieses schändliche Gesetz verabschiedet hat. Privat ist sie die Frau des polnischen Botschafters in Deutschland.
Auf Wunsch der Familie verstorbener Frau wird dies ein “stiller Protest” sein – keine Reden oder Lärm. Bitte bringe Kerzen und Kränze mit.

It does not matter that the foetus has congenital defects, which make it die even a few hours after birth in cruel suffering… That if it survives, it will never be independent… We are supposed to give birth and that’s it! Women in Polish law are incubators.

A few days ago Poland was shocked by the news that a young woman died. She died because she was in danger of pregnancy. She died because the Polish law did not allow an abortion to save her life. She died because the foetus was in the first place, not her…. Doctors were afraid to perform abortion, for fear of restrictive law… They waited until the foetus died to save the woman…. Unfortunately, it was too late and the young woman died….
How many women died because the life of the foetus was more important we do not know….
Let’s not allow another death of a pregnant person!
Therefore, we invite you to a silent protest on Saturday at 5 pm at Thielallee 79 in Berlin. Why there? It is the residence where Julia Przyłębska, the president of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal that passed this shameful law, lives. Privately, she is the wife of the Polish Ambassador to Germany.
Due to the request of the family of the deceased, this will be a “silent protest” – no speeches nor noise. Please bring candles and wreaths.
